Proctors: You are on the schedule for the EVENING not just one game. One should be on the balcony, one on the floor |

by the entrance door, and one either on the band shell or by the bandshell door. You are the 'voice of authority" - maintain |
|
a safe, friendly environment. Keep kids out of the hallways. NO ONE should be on the weight equipment |
|
|
|
|
|
|
CLEAN-UP- No one is officially assigned this job. It is expected that everyone would pitch in. Unless, otherwise indicated everything needs to be put away |
|
(chairs, scorer's table, benches, water jugs, rugs rolled up, bleachers pushed in) The bandshell and balcony should be trash free (vacuumed if necessary). |
