Medical Coverage Fee	$1,195*	Premier Health Plan – Student Injury and Sickness Insurance Plan – covers student from August 15, 2009to August 15, 2010 in and out of the USA.	July 20
Housing Fee	$6,500	Placement fee and home stay compensation(does not include long distance phone calls, clothing or personal expenses)	July 20

Total first-time student fees (including medical coverage): $20,520. ($925 due with application)
Total returning student fees (including medical coverage): $19,720. ($125 due with re-enrollment form)

* Medical coverage is required of all domestic and international students at LCS.  We require all students to enroll in the Premiere Health Plan.

Application, enrollment and re-enrollment fees are due in advance and are Non-Refundable.
All fees are to be paid in US Dollars. Please call for wire transfer information.

Late payment policy
• If payment is more than 14 calendar days late, there will be a late fee of $500 assessed.
• If payment is more than 21 days late, the F-1 visa status may be revoked.
